Our client is seeking a Client Technology Group (CTG) Site Lead at their Kansas City, KS location.
This role requires close partnership and collaboration with the broader Infrastructure, Engineering, and Application teams.
The Lead is responsible for end user satisfaction associated with the personal technology deployed to allow the employees to perform their jobs efficiently, productively, and consistently.
This role will establish the day-to-day priorities of the other CTG resources, actively review the ticket queue, and manage small to medium size projects.
Required
Qualifications:
Experience directly managing 1 - 3 other IT Support Analysts providing PC and Infrastructure support services.
Experience leading IT changes and processes.
Someone who can mine data then develop, document, socialize and implement a Continuous Improvement plan.
Ability to understand the business today, make suggestions and improve processes.
Knowledgeable about servers, network infrastructure, switches, PCs, ticketing and documentation.
Highly inquisitive, wants to understand why something happens and how it works.
Ability to build productive, functional relationships with plant leads, managers, and VP.
Ability to empathize with end users to drive the next best action to resolve an issue.
Resolve technical issues during migration, perform root cause analysis and address complex and critical migration issues from architecture perspective.
Demonstrated ability to assess, and employ, the best communication method, e.
g.
text, chat, email, phone, in-person, for a given situation.
Preferred
Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification desired.
Recent experience working directly in a manufacturing environment.
Recommended Skills Architecture Business Process Improvement Curiosity Electrical Switchgear Itil Infrastructure Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
