- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the daycare - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise and monitor children to ensure their safety at all times - Assist with mealtime routines, including serving meals and snacks - Engage children in physical education activities to promote their physical development - Provide tutoring and support to children in various subjects, including math - Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Follow all daycare policies and procedures, including those related to child welfare
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or similar childcare setting is preferred - Knowledge of child development principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent Note:
