Summary:
We're looking for a rockstar Public Adjuster to join our team! You'll work in a buddy system, generating leads with a team member to set appointments, do inspections, sign up clients, meet with insurance companies, and lead by example.
We've got a system in place to support you, so you can focus on sales and provide top-notch client service.
Responsibilities:
Work with a team member to generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
Inspect damaged properties and evaluate insurance coverage to determine the settlement amount to pursue.
Negotiate with insurance companies for the best possible settlement for your clients.
Submit claims documentation to insurance companies on behalf of your clients.
Provide amazing client experience Lead by example and help develop and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
Licensed PA ( You must have this license ready to apply for this position) Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Public Adjuster or in a related role.
Excellent sales skills Strong attention to detail and ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Pay Structure:
$83,000 - $528,000 a year.
