Our customers have contracts to install and service some of the country's best-known brands and they hire our company to service and install projects in Indiana as well as in parts of Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan.
Our customer service reps really become a business development professional.
Midwest Sign's typical customer are is not located in Indiana.
They could be anywhere in the country.
As a result, they grow to depend on our staff to become part their team in our service footprint.

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION WILL INCLUDE:
Direct phone and email contact with existing customers GOAL:
Increase ongoing volume of business through relationship building Direct phone and email contact with new customers GOAL:
Develop an ongoing business relationship with customers who request service Estimating projects for Bid Requests and Fabricated Sign Projects with the assistance of the Production Manager or Owner Providing / Presenting pricing and designs to customers via email (95% of our work is conducted online or on the phone with customers) Project Oversight:
Assist Administrative Assistant & Production Manager with project status updates to the customer Requests to bid projects come into our email inbox and by phone, daily.
These are requests from existing customers and new customers who are specifically asking Midwest Signs to assist them with work in our service area.
These are not general leads about potential projects fed to us by a lead source, these customers are highly qualified and ready to issue PO's, they just need pricing! We are swamped and know we can increase our volume even more simply by responding faster when a customer wants to place an order.
The main responsibility for this person will be to make sure we are responding quickly to bid requests, providing project pricing, (with assistance / training) and confirming we can meet their deadlines.
After PO's are issued and our customer service reps create an order they follow the projects through all steps until completion is successful and our customer's satisfaction is verified.
This person will also find ways we can increase our scope of work, when the opportunity arises.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
