Let's build a better tomorrow together! Autism Companion Services, LLC is seeking a BCBA that encompasses our vision of dedication, heart, and collaboration to improve the lives of children with Autism.
Autism Companion Services (ACS) provides ABA services in-center, in-home and in school settings.
ACS also provides services for parent training, behavioral support services, telehealth, IEP school transitions, mental health and family counseling in our Indianapolis center.
We believe strongly that our mission is one that not only centers on the individual with autism, but the whole family.
As a BCBA with Autism Companion Services, you will hold an average caseload of 8 -10 clients.

Our center is located in the historical district of New Augusta just minutes from Hamilton County and within Marion County border.

Knowledge and Behaviors Needed This position requires the candidate to have a minimum of a master's degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The employee must have:
Good organization and time management skills The ability to follow through on given directions in a timely manner Leadership attributes and patience The ability to interact well with children The ability to work cooperatively as a therapy team member The ability to work well independently Solid written and verbal communication skills Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
Provide supervision of behavior technicians working with clients.
Implement 1:
1 behavioral intervention programs for clients Identify, define, and deliver training activities as needed that provide instruction on Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching techniques, management of challenging behaviors, child development and data collection techniques applicable to the client population.
Lead the training and competency checklists for new and existing behavior technicians to ensure quality, standard work within the ACS organization.
Complete initial evaluations for incoming clients and families Communicate professionally and concisely with ownership, peers, and charges.
Prepare and facilitate team meetings Introduce and train new client programs for assigned clients.
Manage using an electronic database, Catalyst, for developing programs, analyze data, overseeing quality of session notes, etc.
Develop functional behavior assessment and behavior intervention plans Assist with daily changes and updates to schedule as children and/or staff are out due to illness, vacation, etc.
Assist with opening and closing the clinic 1-2 times per week.
Attend weekly clinic meetings, provide updates, etc.
Critical relationships the ability to work effectively/positively with parents to improve the quality of life of their children the ability to have a positive relationship with families, children, staff and others from diverse backgrounds the ability to give and receive feedback from peers and supervisory staff Job Type:
