Data Project Analysts are responsible for overseeing the coordination and completion of day-to-day data management and large-scale data projects for internal and external customers. Analyst are responsible for identifying project resources, developing project timelines and communicating project status and issues to management Essential Functions Leads complex data projects Analyzes impacted data content and defines project scopes Leads data project analyst through project life cycle including assembling teams, assigning project responsibility, identifying resources, communicating project status and issues to management Coordinates activities of project team and offshore resources Ensures that team members adhere to the standards and requirements of ongoing projects Develops relationships with offshore partners, counties and vendors to provide support to all functions of the data project team Regularly leads and manages a wide range of projects and functions with cross functional dependencies Regularly instructs, directs and mentors other team members Manage reporting and documentation process, adjusting plans and schedules as required. Prepare reports and track trends. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up form low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Provides training to other project analyst Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines. Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used Experience with MS Word, Excel, PPT and database systems Basic SQL knowledge Proficient understanding of government agencies, (clerk records, court clerks, assessors, treasuries) Successful track record of executing day to day operations, along with partnering in developing and completing projects in area of expertise. Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to identify broad issues, interview and formulate questions in order to identify and articulate complex business processes across functional lines Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to identify issues and drive appropriate solutions Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead teams Strong business acumen Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements Works independently with users and team members to define concepts and under direction of project managers Objective, creative, and diplomatic team leader Ability to function in a high-volume setting with tight deadlines Excellent stakeholder engagement Excellent mentoring skills Extensive latitude for independent judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills Self-motivated; self-starter Experience managing projects with complex inter-dependencies, focusing on both long-range projects and immediate tasks Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Typical Education Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience Typical Range of Experience 6-7 years of experience working with public record data, tax data and project management
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine LearningEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
