Looking for a dynamic people-leader to manage national Healthcare practice, including day-to-day business operations, team development, consulting to clients, relationship management, and overall department success. Position location preference is onsite in Indianapolis office, however will consider fully remote locations in Eastern and Central time zones Day-to-Day Business Operations:
Develop department direction and strategy Serve as resource / subject matter expert to colleagues and both internal/external clients Oversee valuation/calculations process, calculations analysis, and day-to-day client needs Identify, adapt, and refine tools, technologies, and approaches to provide solutions for clients and identify new opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulation and legislative changes that affect healthcare consulting services Team Development:
Manage experienced staff, including work and performance evaluation, coaching / training, and career development discussions, compensations recommendations Facilitate employee relations and help to resolve issues and questions Assist HR to recruit, interview, and select new talent Responsible for revenue management, budgeting, and overall team operations Prior experience managing P&L and/or operations is strongly preferred Prepare and monitor annual budget and client invoicing Consulting with Clients:
Serve as lead Consultant to brokers, key clients, and other referral sources Relationship Management:
Interface with internal lines of business to identify opportunities to cross-sell, enhance client service, and provide education Represent line of business with corporate and other business unit leaders Responsible for business development activities; cultivate new relationships and maintain positive existing relationships within a variety of channels including employers, TPAs, brokers, agents, broker-dealers, and benefit consultants Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field ASA required, FSA preferred; pursuit of FSA required 10
years of experience in health actuarial field Experience working with self-insured groups in premium rate setting and IBNR reporting PROVAL experience preferred Ability to travel, sometimes frequently Strong communication skills
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
