Job Description:
The Omnichannel Creative Asset Manager serves as the connective fiber between the three channels to help streamline omnichannel launches and initiatives. This position will collaborate with brand marketing, channel marketing, product management and other departments to identify needs, requirements and goals for creative assets. This role will manage relationships with external vendors and creative teams, including agencies, contributors, and graphic designers.
Responsibilities:
Work with product, brand and channel teams to understand strategy, customer guidelines and consumer behavior to develop innovative and effective creative solutions. Ensure alignment on creative intent with key stakeholders. Shepherd projects through all stages of the creative process - from initial concept development and messaging through proofreading and reviews - to ensure assets meet approved strategic marketing objectives and reflect a high level of quality. Present creative concepts and rationale as needed. Proof copy and graphics for all projects. Recognize project creativity/profitability trade-offs and adjust creative direction as needed. Self-manage project priorities, timelines and resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Lead all aspects of photo and video shoots - from hiring creative vendors to final asset approval - with a strong eye for composition. Negotiate with external vendors and . Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing from an accredited college or university. 5-10 years of experience in creative services, account management, marketing or communications. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage and prioritize an extensive project workload. Ability to work within tight, and often changing, timelines while managing competing priorities. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Experience managing budgets. Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
