Responsible for the Off Highway End Market Sales and Marketing Define and Implement Off Highway Global Growth Initiatives Driving Global Growth Lead Off Highway Team Direct North America Sales, Assist Outside North America Sales Responsible for both Units & Aftermarket Sales and Revenue Growth Drive Global Pricing / Profitability for the Off Highway End Market Responsible for Off Highway Business Plan Development & Execution Monitor & Report Market Trends and Product Requirements Guide the organization on Product Positioning Lead Global Marketing Initiatives / Development of Value Proposition and Market Messaging for Off Highway Key Customer Engagement and Represent the Voice of the Customer
Position Requirements
Bachelor Degree with at least 15 Years of relevent Industrial Experience with emphasis in Sales and Marketing of which 5 Years in a Supervisory Role - Strong written and oral communication skills - Problem Solving Skills - Project Management Skills - Ability to Travel - US Person or Permanent Resident- Computer Skills/Proficiency in MS OfficeSkills Preferred:
Masters Degree in Business or Relevent FieldExperience in the Enery Sector or Mining Sector
