Operations / Marketing Assistant
Supports the Director of Operations by utilizing graphic design, general technology, organization, and communication skills. A successful candidate will have a service minded attitude and the ability to work with a variety of personality types and skill levels on-site and remotely. They will be a self-driven individual with the ability to find solutions and advance existing skills independently.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Formatting content and graphics on existing marketing materials through Adobe Creative Suite programs to fill office and agent requests
- Maintains marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory
- Maintains inventory and processes payments for in-house company store
- Assists with company event planning by handling communication with vendors and organizing related details
- Promoting the company's social media presence by providing photographs of team events or applicable content to the company's Social Media Director
- Assisting agents by providing instruction on company policies and procedures
- Supporting other Operations team members as needed
- Fielding requests and communications for the Director of Operations as required by their workload
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Graphic Design skills (intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skill level)
- Microsoft Office skills
- Social Media experience
- Excellent computer and internet skills, general technology troubleshooting and research abilities
- Written and verbal communication
- Data entry skills, attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Ability to obtain details, prioritize requests, and establish turnaround expectations
- Proactive, dependable problem solver
- Real estate experience preferred; active or referral license a plus
This is a full time position during regular business hours. Office is located near the Fashion Mall. Insurance benefits and PTO available after introductory employment period.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
