Overview of Job Function:
The Automation Engineer Intern will work with members of the development to ensure high quality standards and integrity of the Verint Systems software suite. This position will report to a Team Lead.
Principal Duties and Essential
Responsibilities:
Work with scrum team to prepare automation requirements
Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts
Contribute to usability, integration, and functional testing
Participates in scrum ceremonies, such as daily standups, story tasking, sprint planning, story demos, and retrospectives
Help ensure the quality and completeness of team deliverables
Provide effective communication to team members
Support and/or install software applications /operating systems, as well as manage testing environments
Execute verification and validation procedures based on the automation test plan and test cases
Document test results in repository
Record and verify defects using defect tracking tool with the ability to prioritize the severity
Minimum Requirements:
A student currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment;
Possess strong analytical and technical skills with ability to learn troubleshooting methods and perform root cause analysis;
Possess good written and verbal communication skills;
Understands basic networking;
Understands C# or similar programming language;
Fast learner and able to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly;
Has strong organizational and time management skills;
Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
