Responsibilities:
This is a temporary FDE role that supports two transitional aspects within the CTMMS supply chain. The first is to provide the business interface to gather customer requirements, and actual execution of technical coding in support of process tools and forms identified as necessary by the Materials Management project. There are many existing tools, especially in the MS InfoPath software, which will need modification to fit the new processes. The new Materials Management processes will also drive a need for new tools which this position will serve as the primary developer. This tool will likely involve dynamic web development, which includes some amount of asp, JavaScript, xml or similar coding at times. The purpose of this product is to create an efficient and useful customer interface to instruct on international material movement of non-finished goods within CTMMS.
For each of these tools and processes, this role will gather customer requirements; lead the design, development, and implementation of tools. This role will also work closely with users of the tools to consult on questions or issues, and gather more feedback and continually improve the tools.
InfoPath Support for Materials Management Team
Work with Materials Management team to identify, prioritize, and scope specifications and requirements for changes to existing InfoPath forms
Interface with and advise Materials Management team on new InfoPath forms that may be necessary to support the new organization.
Work with Materials Management teams to ID and scope requirements as needed.
Develop and incorporate job aids, flows, training, and other tools necessary for InfoPath aspects resulting from Materials Management.
Support the Lilly Net PRD MM collaboration site which hosts the InfoPath forms related to Materials Management.
This includes management of sites, workspaces, and permissions.
Support on-going tasks related to InfoPath forms supporting Materials Management process, including issues related to system upgrades, archiving and future version releases.
Development and Implementation of International Trade Tool in Support of CTMMS Supply Chain
Develop a user-friendly, efficient, interactive customer job aid on how to perform OUS shipments (dynamic web pages)
Serve as the primary contact and support for customers in developing, implementing, and improving the OUS shipments customer job aid
Perform background research and investigation as necessary to ensure appropriate resources are provided to customer
Stabilize, support, and improve the new processes and tools
Record and report metrics specified in the OUS Import team project
This role will serve as the primary data steward for the PRD MM collaboration site, on which most documents, tools, and InfoPath forms reside.
This involves continual improvement of the site, as well as routine maintenance activities to ensure site management consistency.
This role will also be responsible for Protect Lilly requirements, and ensure site permissions are appropriate, reviewed, and approved.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in programming, including dynamic web design and associated languages (e.g. asp, xml, or JavaScript).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT business integration role
Experience interfacing with customers to design and implement IT solutions
Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Experience with MS InfoPath and SharePoint is helpful, but can be learned on the job.
The candidate must have proven examples of high detail-orientation.
The candidate must have experience and proficiency in communicating with customers to understand their needs and issues.
Education, Experience, and Training:
Experience in business and inventory/MRP management software such as SAP is a plus
Analytical and critical thinking skills required; ability to objectively anticipate and recognize systemic problems, diagnose root causes, and develop multiple contingency plans
Ability to influence without direct authority over others and foster effective working relationships with individuals at various levels and across a broad variety of organizations and activities
A self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently, and effectively manage competing priorities

Additional Information:
This position is not permanent. It is for a fixed duration for up to 4 years.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
