## Job Requirements
Maintain 99.999% availability for all products and infrastructure. Responsible for architecting future database solutions to meet the needs of a large scale-organization.
Serve as Oracle technical lead for DBA staff and IT department as a whole. Mentoring and knowledge transfer to other DBAs.
Interface with other central organizations to improve and implement process, procedures and automation. Pro-active and reactive performance analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
Design system maintenance activities such as archiving, storage utilization, and backups. Regular database capacity planning related to database growth and system utilization, trend analysis and predicting future database resource requirements.
Working closely with other team leads and their technical teams to ensure delivery of database services within performance targets.
Defining and implementing consistent standards across systems.
Maintain written documentation on all relevant topics. Participate in 24x7 on-call support duties.
Defining database configuration standards related to performance and sizing for both transactional and data warehouse databases. Work outside of normal business as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years Oracle DBA experience in a large scale, production environment. In this role, our client is looking for someone who has:
Demonstrated, in-depth knowledge of database internals and data structures.
Thorough knowledge of Oracle RAC RDBMS 10g/11g environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills within and outside database environment.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation and the ability to complete work on time. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and work well in a highly collaborative team environment.
Strong familiarity with: UNIX, shell scripting, application servers, web application architectures.
Expertise in: Oracle backup methodologies, Oracle Grid, Oracle 10g/11g, ASM, SQL, PL/SQL, RAC, RMAN, SQL Loader, Data Pump, diagnostic tuning packs.
Data warehousing experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery using RMAN and logical backups.
Experience performance tuning Oracle systems to identify bottlenecks, resource constraints and other limiting factors that adversely affect performance.
Bachelors degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience is also required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
