Service Delivery Associate
IT Dispatching:
- Receive and prioritize IT service requests from various departments.
- Allocate tasks to the appropriate IT technicians based on skills, workload, and urgency.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing tasks and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate updates and resolution times to relevant stakeholders and/or clients.
Procurement:
- Collaborate with technicians and Project Managers to understand IT equipment and supply needs.
- Research and identify suitable vendors for IT-related products and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Track and manage inventory levels of IT equipment and supplies.
Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with IT vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors in a timely manner.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of IT service requests, dispatch activities, and procurement transactions.
- Generate reports on IT dispatching and procurement metrics for management review.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all IT dispatching and procurement activities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
