Dutieso Incumbent is responsible for administration of the Federal employee benefits and retirement programs.o Provides Advisory Services.o Administers the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program ensuring that announcements for eligible leave recipients are disseminated to all employees.o Assists the HRO Federal Employee Compensation Act (FECA) program manager in administering the National Guard Technician Office of Workers' Compensation Program (OWCP) FECA program.o Performs other duties as assignedRequirements Conditions of Employmento Males born after 31 December 1959 must be registered for Selective Service.o Federal employment suitability as determined by a background investigation.o May be required to successfully complete a probationary period.o The employee will be required to take a drug test.o Participation in direct deposit is mandatory.o The incumbent of this position description must have at a minimum, a completed National Agency Check (NAC) prior to position assignment.o Irregular and/or overtime (compensatory) hours may be required to support operational requirements or contingencies or may be required to work hours outside of the normal duty dayQualifications SPECIALIZED
Experience:
