The Real Estate Development Associate is a midlevel position involved from start to finish on development projects and is responsible for support and involvement on the project team.
The Real Estate Development Associate will assist in ensuring quality and timely execution of projects from start to completion.

The preferred applicant will possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate or related field and a minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-family or mixed-use residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Experience with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program is required.
Experience with other subsidies (tax exempt bond financing, New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, HOME, AHP grants, etc.
) is highly preferred.
Candidate will have experience in preparing development pro formas and a working knowledge of the real estate development process.
The right candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills and experience in leading real estate project teams.
