Field Service Manager

Regional Lead Field Service Operations Manage field service team to provide optimum customer services.
Assist in goal setting, skill enhancement and performance reviews activities for field service staffs.
Provide support and guidance to service staff to ensure timely and quality customer services.
Develop programs to improve technical and customer service skills of service staffs.
Address customer enquiries, resolve issues and obtain customer feedbacks proactively.
Identify and resolve employee concerns/complaints.
Maintain positive and healthy relationship with various teams to ensure customer service effectiveness.
Support service teams in achievement of service goals.
Assist in interviewing and hiring new professionals.
Ensure that the resources are properly trained to meet service objectives.
Demonstrate outstanding customer service through maintenance of high quality and integrity at work environment Ensures team processes are documented and reviewed to maintain highest possible effectiveness and efficiency Ability to focus on vital priorities Ability to build / manage an effective Team, fostering participation and promoting active involvement and cooperation among all Team members Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of personnel (e.
g.
, management, peers, administrators, lawyers, direct reports) Ability to communicate technological concepts and information to technical and non-technical personnel Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Willingness and desire to attend training classes to maintain and enhance managerial and technical skill sets Requires the ability to regularly report to work on the days and times scheduled Accountable for meeting key performance indicators, preparing and achieving substantial results for multiple sites.
Lead staff in providing on-site break-fix, IMAC, how-to services in a walk-in setting to staff and contractors.
Support for Windows based Software such as MS Office 365, Windows 10, and other standard software.
Also support for a limited number of MAC users.
Manage assets and consumables for the site (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, accessories, printer toner, etc.
) Quickly assess customers' support needs when they engage and provide resolution.
Maintain flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialties & skill sets.
Work with partners / vendors for resources needed for Dispatch sites.
Conduct periodic reviews with the vendors to keep appraised of the performance and ensure skills of resources are up-to date.
