Director of Infrastructure
Our client, an innovative AmLaw firm, are looking for an agile, forward-thinking and collaborative leader to operates as their Director of Infrastructure. This individual will oversee all IT Infrastructure operations, maintaining and supporting the infrastructure and network environments; managing the day-to-day operations; and building a comprehensive strategy for the future of infrastructure and cloud environments.As a key member of the IT leadership team, this person will contribute to the unified vision and execution of the firm's strategy, fostering a collaborative, high performing environment, and executing against a client-centric vision.This Director will be experienced across developing cloud environments (Azure), and revolutionary in their assessment and approach to emerging technologies in order to improve infrastructure operations and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will be skilled across current and future cloud and infrastructure solutions, whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer-service, and collaborative accountability.o Oversee all technical infrastructure environments, including the assessment, maintenance, design, and implementation of new and existing infrastructure, whilst maintaining an alignment to best practices and overall IT strategy.o Operating as part of the IT leadership team, this Director will work collaboratively with the CIO and Executive team, on strategy, budget planning, and process improvement.o Assess and manage the infrastructure team, in relation to current capability and considering the future support of MSPs and an outsourced Infrastructure model.If this sounds like a great opportunity for you, then get in touch now!
