Then come work at Geese Police of Central Indiana! At Geese Police we work with Border Collies that are specially trained to safely and humanely remove and deter geese from commercial and residential properties throughout Central Indiana.
As one of our staff, you would get to work hands on with our dogs, transport them to locations, and handle them on sites as they complete their work.
We are currently looking to fill multiple openings! Nature of Work:
This position is full-time.
Peak season runs February through June.
Hours:
8-10 per day, 4-5 days per week Service Territory:
Based in Lebanon, IN, we service central Indiana Primarily all outdoors during various Indiana climate conditions Much time spent driving to various locations in company-owned vehicle Availability to work weekends Limited supervision:
much of the work will be done on your ownjust you and your K9 We provide all necessary training Candidate Must Have:
Valid Driver's Licence Clean driving record Ability to walk up to 3-5 miles per day over uneven ground and lift 50 pounds Prior work experience People who have had success in this role have:
Experience caring for dogs Customer service mentality and strong professionalism Patience Great observation skills Excellent recall and retention of job site details and procedures Ability to assess a situation and react quickly Good communication skills Geese Police of Central Indiana is a drug and smoking free workplace.
