Provide leadership to the prep login team.
This includes:
Helping to maintain scheduled breaks and lunches Give guidance on some training to new team members Give feedback to the team on productivity and daily expectations of output.
Make corrections when necessary of team members needing additional guidance Maintain close communications with Sure-Tech Production Supervisor Job Duties:
Scan soil samples into the Customer LIMS system.
o Assist in prepping samples for dryers and loading samples into dryers.
o Grind samples to a uniform particle size and sending to the laboratory.
o Run samples to and from the laboratory and the grinding room as required by the sample volume.
o Store samples as they are completed by the Laboratory Scooping Team.
o Take samples from the conveyor and scan them to specific storage carts.
o Work with the login and samples storage departments:
cover breaks/lunches as needed.
o Attention to detail and able to confidently work in all prep areas using various machines.
o Following all safety protocols is critical.
