We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Partner with leadership to effectively and efficiently co-ordinate relevant activities (onboarding, backgrounds etc), ensuring high quality client/candidate experience is maintained throughout.
Maintenance of appropriate talent pipeline / preferred supplier lists etc.
Ensure high quality delivery of appropriate offer/post offer/new hire paperwork and processes (backgrounds, equipment, etc).
Coordinate the pre-employment requirements.
Provide key administrative and process support in the delivery of hiring process - for example, scheduling for candidate, candidate management, shortlist generations, offer paperwork, tracking against numbers requested, etc.
Assists and reviews payroll-processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
Other duties assigned by HR Director.
