- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office - Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents and records - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in computerized systems - Cleaning the office areas and bathrooms.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors - Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide customer support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred - Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of basic clerical tasks such as filing, organizing, and transcribing - Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
