This part-time role is ideal for a college student or someone who is looking for experience in HR and recruiting.
Our ideal candidate will work 10-15 hours per week in assisting our recruiting efforts.
This role will support both full-time recruiting and our award-winning internship program.
Primary Responsibilities Assist in sending out follow up assignments and assessments to candidates Help our team prepare for Career Fairs Help our team prepare for and schedule Class/Club Talks on Campus to promote our award winning internship and full-time career Phoning to schedule follow up and initial interviews Help in organizing events for our interns and new advisors Help organize notes and tracking in Bullhorn If you are passionate about recruiting, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
