Federal Merchants is currently seeking a Customer Success Representative at our office on the North Side of Indianapolis.
The ideal candidate must be high energy, work well within a team, and have great prioritization skills.
The Customer Success Representative function is a blend of responding to customer quote requests, solving customer issues, and providing technical solution support for federal government customers.

Essential Job Functions Provide customer support by email and phone for federal government customers seeking IT Products and Solutions Create and solve customer support requests for damaged orders, returns, and orders with logistical and fulfillment issues Help Purchasing Team with invoice errors and obtaining credits Review and Solve incoming Customer Quote Requests Locate Online Bidding Opportunities and Successfully Win Bids Work with Vendor Technical Support Teams to find IT Solutions for customers Request and obtain special pricing requests by working with IT Manufacturers Complete online technical training and maintain certifications Basic Qualifications Punctual and Reliable Highly Motivated Self-Starter Ability to learn technical information and communicate technical solutions Highly detailed and task oriented Strong organization and prioritization skills Intermediate MS Office Proficiency Federal Merchants offers bonuses, 401K contribution matching, medical, dental vision, and life insurance coverage, paid federal holidays, and paid vacation.
