You will be the first impression for those entering our beautiful dealership setting the tone for the Tom Wood Porsche experience.

Responsibilities:
Greeting the customers and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the correct staff member.
Answer phones transferring callers to appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system.
Performing general administrative duties, such as taking care of plants and straightening magazines, to maintain the lobby or reception area.
Handling basic store needs as in refreshments and customer amenities.
Qualifications:
Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure, must have excellent customer service skills and be dependable Provides the best service and presents themselves in a professional manner at all times around our customers Has functional computer skills and is organized HOURS:
Saturday 9AM to 6PM Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle record, verification of social security number, and passing a drug test at a certified testing facility.
