Job Description As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day program needs of a specific programThe Essential Functions Of This Role Are As Follows Research and compile information on specific aspects of the program such as procedures, needs and policies Answer Basic Customer Questions About Program Policies And ProceduresEstablish, organize, and maintain current and historical files related to the programCollect information to help in the preparation of program reports, develop applications, prepare budget allocations and/or purchasing of consultative servicesMaintain, organize, and monitor program assetsSchedule, prepare, and disseminate all program related training materialsThe job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employeeOther duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any timeThis person must have the following requirements to be considered for employment:
General knowledge of the program areaWorking knowledge of applicable legislation, guidelines, agency policy and professional standards and practicesAbility to research and compile specific topics related to program areaAbility to communicate orally and in writingAbility to operate effectively in a group decision-making processTact in dealing with other agency personnel and the publicSpecialized knowledge of accounting principlesRequired/Desired Skills Strong Microsoft Excel Experience, including preparing spreadsheets, reports, Pivot tablesRequired 3Years Prior experience working with statistics/data including formulating reports utilizing the data.
Required 3 Years Prior Experience Keeping Meeting Minutes/notesRequired 1 Years Prior expworking w/budget allocations and purchasing teamsRequired 1 Years Prior Customer Service Experience Required 5Years Strong data entry experience Required 5Years Experience with Microsoft OfficeOutlook, Word, Excel, Teams Ability to communicate effective and professional, both verbally and in writing, to multi-professional agenciesAssociates Degree Ability to think critically and problem solve Recommended Skills Customer Service Data Entry Group Decision Making Laws Microsoft Office Microsoft Outlook Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
