Construction Estimator/ Project Manager Location:
Speedway, IN Duration:
Full-Time/ Direct Hire Responsibilities o Creating and administering contracts/ subcontracts o Creating strong relationships with sub trades o Creating estimate and project reports o Maintaining administrative reports and files o Ensuring that all cost sheets are up to date and relevant.
o Keeping up to date information and knowing new products on the market o Administrative duties subject to the Estimating process o Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts o Ability to communicate verbally; easy to follow and with confidence.
Requirements o Experience in doing on screen take-offs.
o Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Projects o Metal Framing and Drywall o Estimating and/or Construction Management Education would be considered an asset.
o Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
o Ability to speak and engage with different personalities.
o Ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships at all levels of the organization.
Recommended Skills Administration Construction Construction Management Coordinating Drywall Microsoft Office Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
