Position:
Construction Superintendent The Construction Superintendent position is a hybrid position and will be responsible for self-performed work and all aspects of the projects to which he/she is assigned.
This position will oversee both turn and renovation projects while also assisting with maintenance on a case-by-case basis.
Job
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with internal team and external sub-vendors to complete open issues, punch lists and projects on time ? Inspect and create initial bids for clients ? Oversee project schedules to complete within strict timeline ? Perform quality control inspections and ensure tasks are properly completed by subcontractors or specialists ? Complete property inspections, deliver materials, close out project deficiency lists ? Recruit and onboard various vendors in the market Job Requirement:
? 3 years of experience in project management ? 2
years of experience in residential construction renovation ? Strong hands-on knowledge of the basic workings of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliance, landscaping, and irrigation systems ? Valid driver's license and transportation Job Type:
