Responsibilities:
This Network Engineer role is with an enterprise organization that offers the chance to a highly skilled IT network engineer professional that can practically apply both business and technical insights into building, supporting and maintaining a very large and complex WAN as well as determine overall network health, compare with industry standards, and establish operating thresholds, alert and countermeasure when thresholds are exceeded.
This role offers someone the ability to solely focus on project based work and apply STIGS to their enterprise networking environment.
There is no on call or production support responsibilities.
This team is very stable and has very low turnover with very well tenured people.
It is a fast paced, complex, enterprise environment so it offers someone a chance to be challenged but to also work with really outstanding people.
