THE BIG TASK In the role of Client Assurance Coordinator, the individual selected will be responsible for taking care of our clients each day, especially if we do not live up to their (and our) expectations.
The goal is to turn any frustrated client into a raving fan by always doing what is right and coming to fair and timely resolutions.
We are not perfect, we make mistakes.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do? Respond to positive client reviews across all platforms.
Communicate
celebrate stellar client experiences to the entire team.
Respond to negative client reviews across all platforms.
Empathetically work with clients to achieve a fair resolution.
Quickly work with outside partners to achieve a fair resolution.
Facilitate gift cards for the client referral program.
Drive review growth through system management and testing.
Next working day response to all customer reviews and client referral gift card processing.
Same working day response to clients with negative experiences with real-time team up-dates and resolutions.
Increase and improve client review counts and star rating across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes? Empathetic approach Critical thinking Creative problem solving Detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills 2
years of demonstrated client experience excellence(ability to de-escolate a situation while finding a fair solution for the client) Strong computer skills - MS Suite particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel Do you check the box for the above items? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
