DescriptionProduction FloaterControlled Holdings, an Indiana's Best Place to Work and award-winning distributor of HVAC controls, is currently seeking a detailed Production Floater.
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to join our operations team.
This position works Monday - Friday, no weekends!!! Core Values:

Have a solid understanding of all Jackson Systems products Assist in the assembly of products Assist in the putting away of incoming shipments Assist in the imprinting of thermostats Assist in shipping customer orders and receiving inventory Ability to work overtime as requested Any other tasks or projects as requested Do whatever it takes to make the customer happy Other Responsibilities Participate in all physical inventories and company training sessions Complete all tasks in a safe and professional manner Ability to work overtime as requested Any other tasks or projects as requested Qualifications Strong attention to detail - perfectionist! Intermediate computer skills High School diploma or equivalent experience Able to lift at least 50 pounds Able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, and climb ladders on a frequent basis Why join our team?
