The Resource Director provides leadership for an assigned group of on-site Facility Managers and other personnel.
This role serves as the connection between the assigned site teams and the overall Medxcel Facilities Management team.
The position holds primary responsibility for assuring that customers recognize the role of Medxcel Facilities Management in the performance of their on-site team(s).
This positions responsibility also extends to holding the on-site teams accountable for meeting standards, achieving technical service delivery excellence, meeting financial objectives, attaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty, and meeting Medxcel Facilities Management's mission in general at the assigned working location of Central Office- Indianapolis, IN.

ResponsibilitiesRegional Service Management Lead service operations at single or multiple sites in an assigned geographic region(s) Hold full accountability for achieving service excellence, financial goals, regulatory compliance, and organizational development goals Create a high performing team of on-site leaders through selecting and retaining the best individuals possible and appropriately holding this team accountable for their areas of responsibility Assist on-site leadership achieve consistent high performance through the development and execution of controls designed to assist in developing the on-site leadership to better meet their service delivery objectives and create high customer satisfaction Perform in-depth quality reviews of site operations, structure, and reports using the tools provided by Medxcel Facilities Management, and establish on-going plans, goals, and objectives to correct deficiencies and improve performance Provide detailed feedback to regional operations and safety leadership (AVPs, RDs, and system Facility Directors) on noted deficiencies with recommended remediation actions needed to improve site processes, programs and reporting to achieve compliance with regulatory codes, TJC EPs and Medxcel Faculties Management policies Oversee the establishment and approval of annual operating and capital budgets and monitor on-going financial performance against those budgets among assigned facilities Oversee the establishment and approval of training, staffing, and resource plans and monitor sustained performance relative to such plans Support or Assist projects both ongoing and Capital Planning with an emphasis on impact to the Facilities Operation and Maintenance Customer Relationship Management Assist and support on-site leadership with identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities Conduct periodic business reviews with customers Assist on-site management with ensuring the customer's program understanding, customer satisfaction, strategic partnering, and continuous improvement efforts Communicate, develop and nurture key customer relationships, create a high degree of customer loyalty to Medxcel Facilities Management in addition to local operations Be visible and available to key customer leadership during frequent site visits Innovation and Strategy Work effectively with Medxcel executives and other leaders to drive business innovation, service strategies, revenue growth, and continuous improvement processes at the regional level to ensure service excellence Lead corporate wide and regional strategic initiatives as assigned Leverage local, regional, and national professional society involvement as a means of promoting and representing Medxcel within regions or local communities through pre-defined branding and service initiatives Coaching and Development Lead a team of on-site leaders/managers across a geographic region with an emphasis on developing existing and future talent, mentoring and inspiring performance, and enabling on-site leaders to succeed QualificationsEducation Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or management OR 15
years' relevant experience in lieu of degree required MBA preferred License/Certification:
Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire required Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP), or Certified Life Safety Specialist - Health Care (CLSS-HC) preferred Experience Minimum 10 - 15 years' experience working in a healthcare facilities management or field management in healthcare facilities outsourcing required Experience in developing service programs required Project management skills including coordination, communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, adherence to budget and completion goals, and recruiting resources required Travel >75% (overnight required) Lean or Six Sigma process engineering certification preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
