The base of operations is in Fishers, Indiana.
Candidate must have relevant experience, possess a positive attitude, be dependable and flexible.
Job Duties:
Manage the overall company-wide construction activity.
Work in coordination with the Construction Field Manager.
Schedule sub-contractors and trade partners while continually monitoring and enforcing safety, quality and cost standards.
Provide industry-leading customer service during the construction process.
Ensure projects are complete without any outstanding identified deficiencies Schedule, manage, and adhere to all local and state inspections and building codes.

Job Requirements Must haves:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in construction management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Be able to work on a high volume of projects at the same time.
