Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Alarm Install Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial security systems and be able to install, program, and service these systems.
The Lead Commercial Security Technician will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring that our customers' security systems are installed and maintained properly.
Responsibilities:
Install, program, and service commercial security systems.
Lead a team of technicians.
Ensure that customer security systems are installed and maintained properly.
Manage quality control and provide customer service.
Track project progress.
Qualifications:
3
years of experience installing, programming, and servicing commercial security systems.
3
years of experience as a project lead.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to support customer systems via remote diagnostics.
Knowledge and experience with the internet and networking.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Current certification in one of the following is a plus:
Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, Openpath, Exacq, 3xLogic, or Brivo.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Electronics training from a Technical School or Military training in electronics or communications (preferred).
