Yes (10+) Production Operators Tiers 1-4 Summary/Objective The Production Supervisor - Finishing is responsible for guiding and overseeing all internal and external finishing processes.
Responsibilities include oversight of activities including, but not limited to, roofing, siding, trim work, fixture installation, paint, cabinetry installation, door and window installation, and more.
This is a leadership role that will plan and guide efficient production processes leveraging lean manufacturing methodology, lead team member development, manage team member performance, and support the Company's quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities Works in a safe manner following all safety policies while performing job duties.
Maintains open communication with Production Manager regarding team safety concerns and assembly of building components.
Follows work orders and instructions to accurately and efficiently prepare and assemble building components to specification This role will carry an emphasis on both leading and performing various construction finishing activities including roofing, drywall finishing, home fixture installation, appliance installation, cabinetry installation, roofing, siding, trim work, painting, and more.
Provide first-line direction to production operators ensuring clarity of assignments, and driving accountability to production goals/commitments.
Ensures production operators meets or exceed weekly production goals assigned by Production Manager.
Partner with internal resources and stakeholders to effectively train and develop members of the production team, and others as needed Maintains a good attendance record and proactively communicates and coordinates with supervisors regarding attendance.
Ensures tools, machinery, and work areas are clean, stocked, and organized.
Perform additional line construction work (such as Plumbing, Electrical, or Carpentry) as needed to meet objectives.
Other duties as assigned by Production Manager Required Education and Experience 5
years of experience in Residential, Modular Home, or Multifamily Unit construction with broad construction skill emphasis spanning carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing.

years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment 10
years of experience in general residential construction is preferred 5
years of experience leading an effective and efficient construction team Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding job requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, to grip, work over head, pull at chest height, bend, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, push, pull, reach, climb and carry various materials and equipment.
