Coordinates care and administration support for a patient population of high acuity patients of all ages within their department.
Serves as the clinical expert to assigned staff and is a strong unit leader and performs unit and system leadership activities as necessary.
Creates an environment that enables a highly engaged team to deliver high quality, person centered care.
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required.
Masters of Nursing preferred.
Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
