What You Will Be Doing Triage all printer/copier calls from clients Efficiently order parts based off manufacture troubleshooting steps, page count, and history and following up on tracking for customer delivery confirmation Manages assigned accounts with service delivery Handles all level escalations when needed Escalates calls and opens tickets with manufacturers when needed Reviews histories and determines next steps for excessive service needs, up to and including replacement devices Escalates suspect devices appropriately Meet or exceed KPI benchmarks for individual performance Provides quality customer service to clients and end users What You Will Bring Experience with high volume devices and production model machines (Cannon certification is a PLUS) Positive, professional attitude and a team player Technical Industry Experience on Color/Black-White MFPs - Xerox, Canon, HP, and other brands preferred but not required Strong Verbal and Written Technical Communication Skills Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to fix things.
Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology High School diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence Flex Technology Group Company, is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and associates.
