Experience:
Bachelor's degree Minimum 3-5 years of training experience within a corporate setting Overview:
This position will report to the Director of Insurance.
This position is responsible for developing and training for new employees and the continuous education of current employees.
Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
Work closely with billing, compliance, and insurance teams to identify company training needs Stay up to date with insurance and coverage changes and notify all related departments Plan and implement an effective training curriculum Schedule appropriate training sessions Prepare and deliver all reports as directed Ensures that all employees are cross trained and make adjustments based on business need Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Pay:
From $45,000.
