Randstad Human Resources is partnering with a leading company in Indianapolis in their search for a Senior Labor Relations Manager.
The Senior Labor Relations Manager will support a multi-site region comprised of 1,200 union represented employees and will be responsible for the collective bargaining agreement, grievances and arbitrations. S/he will partner with the site leadership team and HR Business Partners on business goals and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree and 4-10 years of Human Resources experience within a unionized environment. Competitive Salary plus bonus and relocation assistance offered.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
