RCR Technology Corporation (RCR) is seeking Captiva Developers/Administrators in Indianapolis, IN to provide development, administration, support and implementation of the EMC Captiva product suite to support the enterprise content management initiatives throughout the company. The job duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows: Design systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs utilizing Captiva Capture system architecture, client server configuration and clustering. Prepare detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded relying on metadata concepts and document imaging. Code, test, debug, implement, and document highly complex programs (.Net development, including database connectivity and integrations; and IPP VBA Scripting). Captiva Advanced Recognition template creation and scripting. Documentum development using DFC & WDK Java development. Develop complex test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. Identify issues, recommend document changes and implement the same. Gather information from existing systems, analyze program and time requirements. Prepare time estimates and justifications for assigned tasks and provide recommendations to project managers. Support project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provide technical advice on complex programming. May serve as technical project lead; provide leadership and work guidance to less-experienced personnel. Provide consulting services to management and technical staff. Work within change control procedures, managing release management processes. Define, resolve and/or escalate issues for resolution. Perform knowledge transfer to Service Delivery teams. May perform additional tasks normal to this occupation, as assigned. This position does not supervise other personnel.
Minimum requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any related Engineering degree that provided the required knowledge and abilities. The position also requires at least five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or in any related position that provided the required skills and abilities. Must also have demonstrable knowledge and experience with the following: (1) Support and administration of a Captiva production environment involving multiple Captiva processes, hundreds of Dispatcher templates and over 30 million images per year; (2) Captiva InputAccel/Dispatcher module configurations (v 5.3, 6.0, 6.5); (3) Virtualized application environments using VMWare; (4) Integrating a Captiva process to IBM Content Manager; (5) .NET 3.5 development using C# and VB.NET, including database connectivity and integrations; (6) Documentum DFC & WDK Java Development; (7) OPEX scanners in a Large production environment; (8) SQL and ODBC using Windows SQL Server 2003 & Windows SQL Server 2008.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
