Business Technical Analyst

Serving as the primary liaison between our clients business units and their IT Department, you will champion the delivery of technical solutions to business requirements. In doing so, you will maintain an ongoing understanding of department/systems workflow and identify opportunities for process, reporting and/or system improvements. Youll also assure that all designs meet company standards. The majority of projects and enhancements will pertain to the companys mortgage application, their public website and secure web portals used for customer interaction.
To qualify, you should hold a Bachelors degree and possess a solid mortgage background that includes compliance experience. Your resume should showcase the creation of tools for ensuring compliance, along with processes and procedures and documentation of same.
