Summary:
Assist with billing and collection matters, and client reporting as directed by Accounting Manager. Communicate issues from the internal/external customer. Ability to analyze client problems so to create a more streamline process. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Provide back-up support to fellow co-workers. Must be reliable, dependable and a team player.
Essential Functions:
Produce accurate internal and external information for department managers.
Prepare client budgets.
Prepare client savings reports.
Assist Accounting Manager with preparation & distribution of client statements.
Track & monitor payable for medical staff.
Track & monitor payable for external & internal sales teams.
Will report to the controllerQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1-2 years experience
Working knowledge of computer applications and hardware
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent math skills, verbal and written communication skills
Able to perform multi-task functions
Able to work additional hours when necessary.
Detail-oriented
Able to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills
