The candidate handles litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with guidelines established by the corporate law department. Handles routine motions, arbitrations, bench trials, and basic jury trials. Should have an LL.B./J.D. degree, preferably from an ABA accredited law school, and in the top half of graduating class. Should be an active member in good standing of Bar in state of operation. Must have 0-5 years of relevant private practice or litigation experience and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
Note: New law graduates will be considered. Completion of the Indiana Bar exam will be a requirement for continued employment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
