Find, attract and retain best-in-class talent across all levels of store operations
Establish recruiting requirements by reviewing company plans and objectives, and conferring with managers to discuss specific needs
Build expansive sources for viable candidates
Create and post job descriptions
Advise managers and executive team as to succession planning and organizational development
Think you have what it takes? Heres what youll need to prove it to us:
5 - 7 years of corporate recruiter field experience
Ability to present well with the executive leadership team
Great sourcing skills
Excellent social media skills
Willingness to travel/relocate if/when needed
Availability to work 1 to 2 job fairs per month
