We are currently searching for two outgoing HR Administrators who are extremely organized and customer service focused in a call center environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
Interacts with applicants via telephone to answer questions and provide assistance in the completion of human resource transactions.
Utilizes knowledge base information to answer applicant inquiries.
Performs all work in accordance with established call/service center standards.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
Questions are answered and problems resolved without transfer to a second level resource for 80% of calls.
Information is provided in an accurate and professional manner.
Confidentiality and privacy of personal or sensitive data is maintained.
Positive, professional demeanor is projected through verbal and non-verbal communications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
