Purpose:
Acting in a key relationship management capacity to provide a conduit between the Sports Licensed Division and adidas Group IT teams and the key business stakeholders in your functional area to ensure their information technology needs are managed consistently, following professional IT and global standards, and delivered with a high level of quality. This position involves the leadership and management of strategic programs within the Supply Chain business areas that support the standardization and optimization of processes and systems. This position acts as a key account, demand and program & project manager between the Sports Licensed Division Supply Chain business areas and Global IT to drive customer satisfaction through being a professional Business Partner providing business-enabling solutions, overseeing projects, facilitating and interacting with management, users, technical teams and third party vendors.
Key
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain IT governance structure with Business Process Owners to resolve issues and prioritize projects and enhancement requests in support of the Sports Licensed Division and the adidas Group's strategic direction
Ensure internal customer satisfaction
Secure cross functional alignment for successful implementation and change management of priority programs
Ensure systems supporting the business are in alignment with optimal business processes and define clear goals to achieve optimization as well as ensure these systems are operating effectively
Acquire and maintain knowledge of Supply Chain functions in a dynamically changing environment
Evaluate and develop recommendations for optimal supply chain processes and related system integrations
Act as a change agent and supported for business process improvements and system implementations
Identify and steer the business area's demand to the Sports Licensed Division IT and Global IT in a timely and comprehensive manner; ensure that business requests are communicated to and addressed by the appropriate resources
Accountable for project delivery of applications or technology impacting the responsible business area
Leverage, recommend and implement Global Solutions whenever optimal and possible
Responsible for overall roadmap of the respective business area as well as the program management of the business area's projects
Project Management of small to mid-sized projects, oversight of project managers of large size projects
Professionally follow-up and communicate pro-actively to ensure that the business users demand is captured, issues are resolved and projects are on track
Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated in functional specification documentation, including Requests for Change (RFC), project charter/capital requests (CAR), new application discovery phase requirements and feedback on existing application gap assessments
Manage and own all deliverables of SLD IT towards the Supply Chain business units, including incident resolution, enhancements, upgrades, test coordination and new implementations
Manage personnel and outside contractor(s) as required
May require ad hoc travel (not expected to exceed 25%)
Act in a proactive, strategic manner
Provide leadership, welfare and coaching to your team
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Proven internal customer satisfaction / account management skills (relationship and portfolio & program management)
Proven business process analysis skills - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, document findings, draw valid conclusions and propose solutions
Strong understanding of the Sports Licensed Division's Supply Chain business processes
Supply chain experience or sound understanding of supply chain processes
Experience implementing Supply Chain Management Best Practices
Sound understanding of business processes in the Apparel and Footwear industry
Previous experience working in or with IT departments a plus
Organizational, follow-through, negotiating/influencing and leadership skills
Ability to navigate a complex, international, working environment
Ability to manage and lead effectively in a team environment, coordinating multiple tasks in parallel, many times with conflicting priorities
Experience managing & providing technical guidance to direct reports and external contractor/vendor resources
Experience working as a formal mentor
Project management knowledge and experience, including developing and maintaining business cases and project plans, providing regular communication, coordination, problem resolution and budget ownership
Knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with strong analytical, systems and structured analysis, and social skills and with the ability to view issues and requirements from a business perspective
Understanding the importance of working in a matrix organization leveraging technology solutions to solve business requirements and acting effectively within this structure; this position will align with Sports Licensed Division IT and HQ GIT partners to accelerate new system delivery and improve standardization
Identify and propose opportunities for improvement and support change management
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum
Qualifications:
Sound understanding of Supply Chain processes, preferable within the adidas Group
Proven track record of large scale, global program & project management experience
Exceptional & strong written communication abilities with fluent written and spoken English
Experience of working within an IT Business Solutions, Relationship Management or Consultative capacity is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years experience in IT Operations, project management or a related field is highly desirable

SLD Senior Management Team across all Supply Chain functions
Sports Licensed Division IT, Global IT, Market and Global (HQ) colleagues, including Infrastructure
IT vendors, contractors (where applicable)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
