Assist in devising or modifying procedures to solve problems considering telecommunication and computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
Understanding of full software development life cycle and associated documentation including business needs analysis, system analysis, functional design, technical design, development, testing, and production system support. Assist in the delivery of technical business solutions and products to customers along with meeting expectations of customers, peers, vendors, and management. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned customers in order to meet business need
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Possess strong listening skills. Ability to communicate and interact with Child Welfare staff and system development staff to address software issues and problems, including research, analysis, and solution development. Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and able to convey information appropriately for a variety of audiences. Ability to develop, maintains, track, and organize system documents and application help documents.
Experience with software support and internal customer support, including telephone and E-mail support. Experienced in providing production system support and solving daily production issues for SACWIS environment. Ability to plan work tasks and activities. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills. Effective communication with technical and non-technical personnel. Basic knowledge of some of the organizations business systems and industry requirements.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
