Responsibilities:
Provide project management expertise and project coordination for device-related development projects.
Responsible to interface with all functional groups inside and outside of the Delivery Device Research and Development (DDR&D) group, other functions supporting devices, the rest of Lilly functional groups, as well as external development, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical partners.
Manage all key project deliverables: Scope, cost (including external development dollars, local or development capital, internal supporting headcount), schedule, and project communication.
Coordinate project-related business with: Lillys device business (such as Quality Assurance, Delivery Device R&D leadership, and other internal staff functions), other Lilly internal (including Marketing, Medical), and external vendors or organizations.
Coordinate device risk assessment and design control deliverables.
Provide project management mentoring to other project managers across Delivery Devices.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors in engineering or other relevant technical field of study required.

years of product development/project management experience.
Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Advanced degree (MS or MBA) preferred.
Project management: Expertise in general project management skills and a familiarity with major steps required in technical product development, especially in a regulated environment.
Must be able to coordinate the roles of multiple other groups and individuals, internal and external.
Experience in product development, commercialization, and product launch: Ability to identify program risks, evaluate contingency plans, and implement these plans to minimize risk to a project.
Basic engineering/technical skills: Proficient in basic engineering analyses and engineering design and analytical tools. Broad technical expertise (e.g., background in electrical).
Provide direction in competitive analysis of delivery technologies.
Computer analytical
Experience: Proficient in technical and business tools for analysis and presentation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strategic thinking:
Assess the balance between technical risk, business impact, financial analysis, and customer preferences.
Familiarity with planning global launch forecasts and scheduling, and validation and scale-up issues.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
