The Team Leader is responsible for the technical and administrative leadership of individuals that are typically a blend of exempt and non-exempt personnel. This position will support and drive the Parenteral HVAC/UTIL/FAC groups technical and administrative agenda across multiple manufacturing buildings and processes at the site.
Ensure team is compliant & trained on program, procedures, policies, etc.
Active leadership with safety team Lead technical agenda in process teams
Ensure proper housekeeping of responsible areas are maintained
Own incident reporting, investigating, and corrective measures
Operate in a continuous state of compliance, as well as look to become more effective and efficient with our processes
Follow GQS and Global Engineering Standards
Ensure appropriate RTS requirements are met
Maintain high level of coordination ( 0 overdue PMs, etc.)
Through effective resource utilization and continuous improvement, reduce losses, improve equipment/system reliability, and lower costs.
Support Manufacturing without Product Loss Impact
Look for deviation reduction opportunities
Manage Resources Effectively Engineering direction for Projects & Design
Support & lead Site Initiatives & GMP Plan Leading with Performance Management
Work on Development Plans and Career Path Development
Training compliance & ITP alignment
Recruiting & Staffing Hold Team Accountable to Goals & Objectives
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (or equivalent work experience 5-10 years)
2 years manufacturing-related experience in manufacturing facility
Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.
Additional Skills/Preferences:
Project management experience
Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Previous supervisory experience desired (i.e. experience in leading, coaching, and motivation of people)
Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally at all levels
Ability to prioritize, set objectives and meet targets
Ability to provide high level customer service
Ability to work without close supervision
Ability to provide coaching and feedback
Solid GMP knowledge
Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals.
Additional Information:
Must be willing to work extended hours during peak periods (shutdowns, etc.)
Must be willing to respond to off-hour emergencies when necessary.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
