Responsibilities:
Responsible for corrective machine and preventative maintenance on high speed automated manufacturing equipment such as labelers, cartoners, palletizers, etc.
Due to headcount constraints qualified internal candidates within the business unit will be given priority.
Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Must pass a Fitness for Duty Physical Exam.
Qualified candidate must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:
This role is expected to infuse equipment uptime, line efficiency and increase overall equipment effectiveness in a production environment by condition monitoring, troubleshooting, adjusting, and repairing packaging equipment.
Work within the production team to provide the support required to meet goals of quality, uptime, quantity, and safety.
Process improvement:
Improve existing equipment preventive maintenance strategy to include the use of based targets to compliment time based PMs.
Identify specific equipment signals/measurements that will improve the PM programs success rate measured by reduced unscheduled maintenance.
Compliance:
Responsible for completing work orders to make sure that the work was completed according to GMP standards.
Ensure strict compliance with established policies/procedures (Safety, Production Procedures, etc.).
Adhere to standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment.
Good communication skills.
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, off-shifts.
Basic computer skills including desktop software (Excel, Word, Electronic Mail).
Maximo experience (or willing to be trained in Maximo).
Additional Information:
Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to communicate with operators and engineers.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Must have the ability to work without close supervision.
Mobility requirements and exposure should be considered when applying for this position.
Night shift position 3-2-2-3 (12 Hour Shift).
Position is rated for B-1-B-3
Will have to respond to off shift calls
Overtime expected as needed

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
